Mark Merritt - Composer/Arranger Mark has been conducting and arranging for beginner/intermediate school bands, school orchestras and Bigbands as well as City orchestras and his own big bands, Dixieland bands and country/rock bands for over 40 years. All of his arrangements are tested and tried. His arrangements are meant to be versatile and mostly playable with varied instrumentations. Mark has written many “contract/ordered” arrangements and compositions over the years for bands of all genres. Mark has written arrangements and compositions for beginner/intermediate school bands, youth orchestras, jazz-big bands/combos, concert bands, woodwind quartets/ensembles, country/rock bands and Dixieland bands.
